Tasks/Tests: Assigned tasks and/or major tests will be given during and at the completion of each unit. Quizzes may be given more frequently to assess student comprehension as we progress through material. Policies and Procedures
Students should complete all assignments on time, showing appropriate work. Assignments are posted daily in Google Classroom. If a student has an excused absence make-up work will be readily available.
Students are expected to come to class prepared each day, having computer, earbuds, paper, pencil, pens, and their notebooks.
Students caught cheating will be given a zero on the assignment. Copying another student’s homework is considered cheating and both will receive a zero if sharing their work.
When taking a test, only the materials necessary for testing should be on the desk, work should be kept covered, and there should be no talking or other distractions. Distracting others will result in a zero on the test. This policy is strictly enforced!
Phones: Students will turn in their phones as they enter homeroom in the morning. Any student that fails to do so will have their phone taken and turned into the front office for a parent to pick up. Phones will be returned during dismissal at the end of the day.
